Amix™ Glutamine + BCAA is a product containing branched chain amino acids BCAA in a 2:1:1 ratio in combination with the amino acid L-Glutamine. L-Glutamine is an amino acid that occurs in the human body in the largest amount. It represents 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of total circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) make up about 33% of total muscle proteins. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

Recommended dosage: (without flavor) The basic daily dose is 1.5 scoops (10 g – natural). Take 3/4 scoop (5g-natural) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 3/4 scoop (5g-natural) after training. You prepare the drink by mixing 3/4 of a measuring cup and 250-300 ml of water or juice. (variants with flavor) The basic daily dose is 2 scoops (12 g). Take 1 scoop (6g) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 scoop (6g) after training. You prepare the drink by mixing 1 scoop and 250-300 ml of water or juice.
